Where are Cinch Straps made?

All our straps are proudly cut, sewn and packed right here in the UK. We believe in keeping production close to home so we can maintain quality and turn orders around quickly.

Do you use genuine VELCRO® Brand tape?

Yes, always. We only use VELCRO® Brand hook and loop, sourced directly from Velcro companies. The fasteners we use are manufactured in Spain, Belgium, or the USA, depending on availability and specification.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched same day. Orders placed after the cut-off will go out the next working day.

How will my order be shipped?

We offer two shipping options:

• Royal Mail Tracked for standard delivery (typically 1–3 days)
• DPD Next Day for express delivery (weekdays only)

You'll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order has shipped.

Can I choose strap sizes and build my own set?

Yes. We offer handy assorted strap packs, as well as pairs in single sizes, so you can buy exactly what you need. Whether it’s for the shed, the garage, your desk drawer or the garden we’ve got the right straps for the job.

Are your straps reusable?

Yes. All Cinch Straps are made using high-quality VELCRO® Brand fasteners designed to be used again and again. No waste, no single-use.
