Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order simple as that. If you're a home user and change your mind, you can return any unused straps in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Just include your packing slip or a printout of your order confirmation, and make sure everything’s securely packed. If you’ve got any questions before sending something back, just drop us an email we’re happy to help.

If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll replace it or refund you in full (including delivery). If a replacement is needed, we’ll arrange collection at the same time the new item is delivered to you. Please make sure the return is packaged properly couriers can’t collect unwrapped items.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Need to cancel your order?

No problem you can cancel at any time before, or up to 14 days after, delivery. If it’s already been sent, you’ll just need to send it back at your cost.

A few exceptions:

  • Custom-made straps, cut-to-length items, or special orders can’t be returned.
  • Most of our straps are heat welded and not designed for load bearing. If you need straps for carrying weight, ask us about stitched options.

Received the wrong item?

Let us know and we’ll get it sorted. If collection fails because the return item isn’t ready, we may need to charge for a second attempt or require you to post it back.
