How does a cinch strap work?

To use, simply wrap the strap around the item(s) you want to bundle (loop, fluffy side facing up).

Then feed the hook-end through the buckle, pull tight using the buckle as leverage, then fold the hook-end back onto the loop, press down and you have created the perfect closure and bundled your item(s) securely.

Does it come with a warranty?

We stand by the quality of our products. If there’s ever an issue with a strap you’ve received, just get in touch and we’ll put it right. All consumer orders are covered by our 30-day returns policy.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

How fast is delivery?

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. We ship via Royal Mail Tracked as standard, with DPD available for next working day delivery.

What's the returns policy?

You can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. Custom or cut-to-length straps are non-returnable, but we’re happy to help if you’re unsure before ordering.
